Reunion Feedback

Hello Everyone!!
How's everyone doing?  I hope you are all getting super excited about our next reunion!!!  Matt has been working hard on nailing down a venue, a caterer, and date.  However, before we move forward with the reunion, we would love to get some feedback from everyone regarding the date. 

Matt was able to find a caterer for the venue on Friday, October 11th, 2019. As of now, the plan is to hold the reunion at the New Alumni Park on that weekend as it's the weekend of the Fall Festival which would be a great weekend to be in town to partake in all the town's activities.  So the plan would be as follows:
Friday: Catered BBQ dinner on at the new Alumni Park. 
Saturday: Everyone is free to watch the parade and walk around the park during the Fall Festival park event, possibly meet up somewhere.

Now, here is where we would love some feedback.
Since Friday can be difficult, for those of us who live out of town/state, we have decided to get some feedback to get a feel for what would work best for most.  Hopefully this won't sound to confusing....I promise I've only had 1 glass of wine today ;)
Okay so

Option A: Hold the reunion dinner as planned on Friday, October 11th, 2019.  Get together on Saturday to watch the parade together and go walk around the park.

Option B: Hold the reunion on Saturday, October 12th, 2019 evening at the Alumni Park but have fellow classmates help BBQ (potluck possibly or order food from a restaurant and we serve ourselves).  That same Saturday morning we could all get together to watch the parade, then everyone is free to go walk around the park etc., then head over for our reunion dinner.

Optiion C:  Since time is flying by very quickly and we understand many people need time to make plans to fly into California, we could wait until next year (2020) and have a "31year" reunion on the same weekend as the Fall Festival.  This seems a bit weird (to have a 31 year rather than a 30 year reunion) but it would give people more time to plan to come in to Exeter for our reunion.  We would be able to nail down a date as soon as Matt is able to get the 2020 Fall Festival date from the city.

Okay so hopefully that makes sense but if it doesn't, please do no hesitate to email me or Matt to clarify. 
Please cast your vote and we will get back to you ASAP.  This has been quite the busy year for myself and Matt so we apologize for falling a bit behind on things but we are so very much looking forward to holding yet another "Totally Awesome" reunion!! :)
